Our aim is to incorporate pretty much every style of dance floor destroying genres to the gyrating masses. Essentially being eight core members but featuring guest vocal appearances from a wide range of dif...ferent artists such as Birdie Mack (Scottish rapping champion), Loui Cypher from first blood, and Baron D (highness) Nottingham’s old school legend. With deep and heavy synth bass-lines, raw brass hooks, gritty breakbeats, tight chops, percussive licks, intricate turntable techniques and two of the liveliest and funniest front men around, 25 past the skank are quickly becoming a formidable elite dropping nothing but bangers…Even the nans can av it out!

Earl Gateshead TO HEADLINE NUCKING FOIZE STAGE As an integral part of Britain's sound system culture, Earl Gateshead's involvement in reggae spans over two decades. While promoting punk bands in the '70s, Earl unwittingly became a DJ when he couldn't find one to support his acts, playing reggae between punk groups at The New Queens Head in Brixton. Shortly afterwards Earl began his 20 year residency at infamous Dive Bar in Soho, operating his own home made sound system. He soon joined forces with a larger sound called Armoury 89, and through the '80s the sound system played West Indian clubs and squat venues all over the UK. During this period their main MCs were Maxi Jazz and Mr C. and Earl became Big Youth's and Dr.Alimantado's tour DJ. Currently, besides his Trojan Sound System commitments Earl is a regular reggae guest at Fabric or clubnights like Secret Sundays and Laser Magnetic. This special two hour exclusive mix comes direct from his 7"s straight onto cassette... beware of the bumps. No matter what di people say, these sounds lead di way!
